Chapter 1 – The Village

  1. Exploring the Village – Take the time to familiarize yourself with your surroundings by exploring the village and searching for items such as herbs and treasures. Also Keep an eye out for obstacles like locked doors, hidden pathways and enemies that need to be eliminated.
  2. Solving Puzzles – As you make your way through the village you will encounter puzzles that must be solved in order for you to progress. These puzzles can range from simple locks to advanced control panels. Make sure to Pay attention to any clues or hints scattered throughout the environment as they may help you better solve these puzzles.
  3. Defeating Bosses – There are several powerful bosses that lurk within the village and must be defeated in order to progress further in the game. Make sure you are well equipped with weapons, ammunition and healing items before facing off against these dangerous foes.
  4. Unlocking Secrets – Throughout your journey, there are secret rooms and hidden items that can be unlocked. Search every corner of the village and use your weapons to break down walls that may contain these secrets.
  5. Escaping the Village – Once you have explored the village, solved its puzzles and defeated its bosses, it is time to make your escape. Find a way out of the village by locating an exit route or using any special items you may have discovered throughout your journey.

    Chapter 2 – The Valley

    1. Make Your Way to the Church – The goal of Chapter 2 is to make it to the church located at the top of a hill in the middle of the valley. Before you reach there however, you’ll have to make your way through the valley fighting off a variety of enemies along the way. Make sure to take out any enemies that get in your way and keep an eye out for items that you can pick up such as ammunition and health packs.
    2. Explore the Village – Once you reach the top of the hill you will find yourself in a small village surrounded by mountains. Here you will need to explore all of its various buildings and houses to uncover secrets and items that will help you on your journey. Don’t forget to check inside any chests or boxes that you come across, as they may contain valuable items such as powerful weapons or key items needed to progress further.
    3. Find the Key to the Church – Once you’ve finished exploring the village, you’ll need to find the key to unlock the door of the church at the top of the hill. To do this you will have to explore a nearby graveyard and crypt. Once inside make sure to search every corner for hidden items and secrets. At some point, you should come across a switch that will open a secret passage which leads to the key.
    4. Return to the Church – Once you have obtained the key, return back up to the church and use it on the locked door. Inside, you’ll find a few powerful weapons as well as an elevator which will take you down into the underground area . Here, you’ll come face to face with a powerful enemy that must be defeated in order to progress further.
    5. Complete the Boss Fight – The boss fight at the end of Chapter 2 is no walk in the park, so make sure that you come prepared. You’ll need a variety of items such as health packs and ammunition if you want to have any chance of surviving. Make sure to keep your distance and use as many powerful weapons as you can in order to take down this formidable foe.
    6. Escape the Valley – Once the boss has been defeated, it is time for Leon to make his escape from The Valley. Follow the prompts on screen to reach the tunnel that leads out of the area. Once there you will find yourself in a safe area where you can take a few moments to catch your breath before moving on to the next chapter.

    Chapter 3 – The Lake

    1. Collect Keys and Items – Your first task in The Lake is to collect some important items. These include keys that will open locked doors as well as a few tools that are essential for solving puzzles later on. Keep your eyes peeled as you explore, and grab any items that stand out.
    2. Unlock the Boiler Room – Once you have all of the required keys and items, your next task is to unlock the Boiler Room. This room can be found in the bunker on the south side of The Lake. To open it, you’ll need to use your keys on certain doors and activate switches in the right order.
    3. Escape from The Lake – Now that you’ve unlocked the Boiler Room, it’s time to escape from The Lake! To do this, you’ll need to use your tools to solve a few puzzles and make your way through an underground tunnel system. Once you ’ve reached the end, you’ll be able to make your way out of The Lake and onto the next part of your adventure.

    Chapter 4 – The Church

    1. Collect the Church Key – The first thing you need to do in order to gain entrance into the church is to collect the Church Key. You will find it inside one of the houses located near the village . Once you enter the house, look for a chest on the second floor. Inside you’ll find the Church Key and some ammo.
    2. Make Your Way to the Church – With the Church Key in hand, you can now make your way to the church itself. When you arrive, take out any enemies that may be lurking around and then use your key to unlock the main door.
    3. Entering the Courtyard – After entering the church, make your way to the courtyard where you will find a few more enemies waiting for you. Take them out and then move on to exploring what lies within this mysterious building.
    4. Explore the Interior of the Church – Now that all of the enemies in the courtyard have been defeated, it’s time to explore the interior of the church. Here you’ll find more puzzles to solve and even some new weapons. As you progress further in be sure to keep an eye out for any secret items or areas hidden away.
    5. Defeat the Boss – At the end of your journey through the church you will come face-to-face with a powerful enemy known as Salazar. After engaging him in battle use your arsenal of weapons and skills to take him down and bring peace back to the village once again.

    Chapter 5 – The Villa

    1. After the cutscene make your way to the door on the right and enter the room.
    2. Take the Velvet Blue on the table and then climb up the ladder to the right.
    3. Follow the path until you reach the door at the end. Go ahead and Enter it.
    4. In this room take the Green Herb on the table and the Shotgun Shells on the shelf.
    5. Head to the left side of the room and climb up the ladder.
    6. Once you’re up take the Yellow Herb on the left and then jump down to the other side.
    7. Kill the enemies in the room and then take the Shotgun Ammo on the table.
    8. Go through the door on the right side of the room.
    9. In this next room kill the enemies and then take the Shotgun Shells on the shelf to the right.
    10. Go through the door on the left.
    11. Take the Red Herb on the right and then climb up the ladder.
    12. Once you’re up go and take the Shotgun Shells on the left and then jump down.
    13. In this next room, take the Green Herb on the left and then go through the door on the right.
    14. In the next room, kill the enemies, and then take the Shotgun Ammo on the table.
    15. Head to the door on the right and then go through it.
    16. In this room head to the left side and climb up the ladder.
    17. Take the Shotgun Shells on the left and then jump down.
    18. Kill the enemies in the room and then take the Handgun Ammo on the shelf nearby.
    19. Go through the door on the left.
    20. In this next room take the Shotgun Shells on the left and then kill the enemies.
    21. Go ahead through the door on the left.
    22. In this next room take the Green Herb on the left and then go through the door on the right.
    23. In this final room kill all the enemies and then take the Handgun Ammo sitting on the table.
    24. Go to the door on the right to trigger the cutscene.

    Chapter 6 – The Checkpoint

    1. After the cutscene, take the Green Herb to the right of the truck and then head down the path.
    2. Follow the path until you reach a small cabin. Enter it.
    3. In the cabin, take the Handgun Ammo on the table and the Shotgun Shells on the shelf.
    4. Go through the door on the left.
    5. In this next room, take the Green Herb on the left and the Handgun Ammo on the table.
    6. Go through the door on the right.
    7. In this room, kill the enemies and then take the Shotgun Ammo on the table.
    8. Go through the door on the right.
    9. In this next room, take the Handgun Ammo on the table and the Shotgun Shells on the shelf.
    10. Go through the door on the left.
    11. In this room, kill the enemies, and then take the Green Herb on the left and the Handgun Ammo on the table.
    12. Go through the door on the left.
    13. In this next room, take the Shotgun Shells on the right and the Red Herb on the left.
    14. Go through the door on the left.
    15. In this room, kill the enemies, and then take the Shotgun Shells on the right and the Handgun Ammo on the table.
    16. Go through the door on the right.
    17. In this next room, take the Green Herb on the left and the Handgun Ammo on the table.

    Chapter 7 – The Castle

    1. After the cutscene, head down the path and enter the door on the left.
    2. In this room, take the Red Herb on the left and the Handgun Ammo on the table.
    3. Go through the door on the right.
    4. In this next room, take the Green Herb on the left and the Shotgun Shells on the right.
    5. Go through the door on the right.
    6. In this room, kill the enemies, and then take the Shotgun Ammo on the left and the Handgun Ammo on the table.
    7. Go through the door on the right.
    8. In this next room, take the Green Herb on the left and the Handgun Ammo on the table.
    9. Go through the door on the right.
    10. In this room, kill the enemies, and then take the Shotgun Shells on the left and the Handgun Ammo on the table.
    11. Go through the door on the left.

    Chapter 8 – The Castle Battlements

    1. Start by making your way through the courtyard and into the castle. Take out any enemies that you come across using a combination of long-range and close-range weapons.
    2. Once inside the castle, make your way to the top of the battlements. Take out any enemies that you encounter along the way.
    3. When you reach the top of the battlements, you will encounter a mini-boss. Use your most powerful weapons to take it down while using the cover provided to protect yourself from enemy fire.
    4. After defeating the mini-boss, make your way across the battlements and to the end of the level. Be cautious of any enemies that may appear along the way.
    5. Once you have reached the end of the level, you will trigger a cutscene that will conclude Chapter 8 – The Castle Battlements.

    Chapter 9 – The Grand Hall

    1. Start by making your way through the door and into the Grand Hall. Take out any enemies that you come across using a combination of long-range and close-range weapons.
    2. After clearing the enemies, make your way to the left side of the room and climb up the ladder.
    3. Once on the second floor, make your way through the door and into the next room. Take out any enemies that you come across.
    4. In the next room, make your way up the stairs and into the next room. Take out any enemies that you encounter along the way.
    5. Once in the next room, make your way through the door to trigger a cutscene.
    6. After the cutscene, make your way through the door on the left side of the room.
    7. In the next room, take out any enemies that you come across and then make your way through the door on the right.
    8. In the next room, take out any enemies that you come across and then make your way through the door on the left.
    9. In the next room, take out the enemies and then make your way through the door on the right.
    10. In the next room, take out the enemies and then make your way through the door on the left.
    11. In the final room, take out the enemies and then make your way through the door on the left to trigger a cutscene.

    Chapter 10 – The Ballroom

    1. Start by making your way through the door and into the Ballroom. Take out any enemies that you come across using a combination of long-range and close-range weapons.
    2. Once inside the Ballroom, make your way to the back of the room and through the door on the left.
    3. In the next room, take out any enemies that you come across and then make your way through the door on the right.
    4. In the next room, take out any enemies that you come across and then make your way through the door on the left.
    5. In the next room, take out any enemies that you come across and then make your way through the door on the right.
    6. In the next room, take out any enemies that you come across and then make your way through the door on the left.
    7. In the final room, take out the enemies and then make your way through the door on the right to trigger a cutscene.
    8. After the cutscene, make your way through the door on the right and into the next room.
    9. In the next room, take out any enemies that you come across and then make your way through the door on the left.
    10. In the final room, take out the enemies and then make your way through the door on the left to trigger a cutscene.

    Chapter 11 – The Mines

    1. Gear Up – Before heading into the mines it’s essential to be adequately equipped. Ensure that your weapons are reloaded and your healing items are fully stocked. You should also have a good supply of ammunition for your firearm. Additionally, it’s best to have a flashlight since the mines can be pretty dark.
    2. Proceed with Caution – Once you enter the mines, proceed with caution. The area is filled with dangerous traps and enemies waiting to attack. Watch your step and if you hear any suspicious sounds, prepare for a fight.
    3. Identify Safe Paths – As you progress through the level, make note of the paths that are safe to take. Avoid areas with a high concentration of enemies or traps. Instead, look for alternate routes or hidden paths that can help you maneuver through the level without facing too many obstacles.
    4. Use the Environment to your Advantage – The Mines is a level full of environmental hazards that can work to your advantage. For instance, you can lure enemies into the path of the mines, which can take them out with ease. Similarly, hiding behind crates or other objects can help you avoid enemy fire.
    5. Engage in Combat – While it’s essential to avoid fights when possible, you’ll inevitably have to engage in combat during the Mines level. Use your weapons effectively and aim for headshots whenever possible. Keep a safe distance from stronger enemies like the Molded and use grenades to take them down.
    6. Solve the Puzzles – The Mines level also features several puzzles that you’ll need to solve to progress further. It’s essential to pay close attention to your surroundings, inspect objects carefully and use all available resources to solve the puzzles.
    7. Take out the Boss – Finally, the boss fight at the end of the mines can be particularly challenging, so it’s crucial to be prepared. Ensure that you have a good supply of ammunition and first aid and strategize to take down the enemy efficiently.

    Chapter 12 – The Clocktower

    1. The first thing you need to do is to make sure you have all the necessary supplies before heading into the chapter. This includes ammo, healing items, and any weapons that you feel are essential for your gameplay style. Once you have all your supplies, you can start the chapter by going through the door at the end of the hallway.
    2. When you enter the room, you will see a large statue in the middle. At the base of the statue, you will find a crank. Pick up the crank and use it on the device located on the right side of the statue. This will enable you to open the door to the east side of the clock tower.
    3. Once you are inside the east side of the clock tower, you will find a locked door. To open the door, you will need to find the key. This can be found on the north side of the room. Be careful though as there are enemies lurking in the shadows waiting to ambush you.
    4. Once you have the key, you can unlock the door and proceed into the next area. Here you will find a large bell. Use the crank to ring the bell three times to reveal a secret passage on the north side of the room. Be careful when entering this passage as there are enemies waiting for you.
    5. When you reach the end of the passage, you will come across a puzzle that requires you to match the symbols on the wall with the symbols on the floor. Once you solve this puzzle, a staircase will appear. Ascend the staircase to find yourself in a room with a large clock.
    6. Use the crank on the device located on the left side of the clock to activate it. This will enable you to sync the clock with the bell, which is necessary to progress further into the chapter. Once you have completed the clock puzzle, proceed through the door to the next room.
    7. This room is full of enemies, so be ready to fight. Once you have defeated all the enemies, you can access the elevator that leads to the top of the clock tower. Use the elevator to get to the top of the clock tower.
    8. Once at the top, you will find the clock mechanism that needs to be repaired. Use your tools to fix the gears and set the time correctly. Once the clock is working again, you will be able to access the secret room where the treasure is hidden. But be careful, the room is guarded by a powerful boss. Defeat the boss to claim the treasure and complete your mission.

    Chapter 13 – The Island

    1. Prepare Yourself – Before starting Chapter 13 it is important to be well prepared. This means having enough ammo, health supplies and weapons. Always carry a shotgun and a rifle, as they are essential in the huge battles that you’ll encounter. It’s also important to use the right upgrades for your weapons particularly the shotgun and rifle as you’ll need maximum firepower.
    2. Battle Your Way Through – Once you’ve begun the chapter, you’ll immediately be faced with a challenging combat. Here, you’ll need to take down a large number of enemies, including chainsaw-wielding maniacs, rocket launcher-wielding mercenaries and more. Make sure you keep moving and dodging their attacks in order to survive.
    3. Solve the Puzzles – Throughout the level you’ll come across a variety of puzzles that you’ll need to solve in order to progress. These can range from rotating puzzles to finding certain keys to unlock doors to finding your way through maze-like environments. Pay close attention to your surroundings, use your smart-thinking and combine this with your knowledge of the game mechanics to solve it efficiently.
    4. Don’t Ignore the Traps – Be very careful as the island is covered with deadly traps that can take you out instantly. Avoid the bear traps, dodge spike traps, and electrified floors, and keep a look out for them. One wrong step can be fatal!
    5. Boss Fight – Finally, in the end, you’ll encounter Ardjet one of the most challenging bosses in the game. His laser beams and incredible speed can make this fight quite difficult so make sure you dodge and evade his attacks as best as you can.

    Chapter 14 – The Cargo Depot

    1. As soon as the chapter begins, grab the ammo on the floor and head towards the crates. You’ll come across a couple of El Gigantes, which can be taken down with a few rounds of your shotgun. Make sure to keep moving around to dodge their attacks.
    2. After defeating the El Gigantes, head towards the door on the left-hand side. You’ll find a green herb and some ammo in the room. Grab them and proceed to the next door.
    3. In the next room, there will be four Las Plagas parasites attached to the wall. Make sure to shoot them down before proceeding. You’ll also come across some shotgun shells and grenade rounds in the same room.
    4. Once you’ve taken care of the parasites, make your way to the elevator. You’ll have to fight off some Ganados on your way, so be careful. You can also use the barrels to your advantage by shooting them to take out multiple enemies at once.
    5. Once you reach the elevator, make sure to stock up on ammo and supplies. You’ll need it for the upcoming boss battle. The boss, Krauser, can be quite tough and you’ll need to use all your skills to take him down.
    6. The boss battle takes place in a room with a timer on it. You’ll need to defeat Krauser within the given time to move to the next level. Krauser has a few different attacks, so make sure to keep moving around and dodging them. Use your most powerful weapons to take him down quickly.
    7. After defeating Krauser, you’ll need to head towards the exit. You’ll encounter some more Ganados on your way, so make sure to take them out as quickly as possible. You can use the explosive barrels to your advantage in this section.

    Chapter 15 – The Summit

    1. Starting the Chapter – The chapter starts with Leon reaching the cable car station. Once you’re there you need to make your way through a cave leading to the summit. Keep in mind that you’ll encounter dangerous enemies as you make your way towards the summit. My tip is to keep a close eye on your surroundings and be cautious at all times.
    2. Reaching the Elevator – After passing through the cave you’ll reach a location with a few huts. One of these huts contains a merchant, who sells crucial items like ammunition, herbs and grenades. Once you’re done with the merchant, make your way to the cliff edge and carefully jump down to the next area. You’ll find yourself in front of a broken elevator that needs to be repaired. Grab the cable and attach it to the elevator to bring it back to life.
    3. Combating the Enemies – Once you’ve successfully repaired the elevator and reached the summit you’ll find yourself being attacked by multiple enemies. Make use of the variety of weapons available including shotguns and grenades to take down these attackers. Quick reflexes and accuracy are crucial in this section.
    4. Finding the Sacrifice – After surviving the enemy attack you will have to find the “sacrifice” that is needed to unlock the door to the next area. But be extra cautious as you look for the sacrifice as the area is filled with explosive traps.
    5. Unlocking the Door – Once you have found the sacrifice head back to the door and use it to unlock it. Once you have done this you will find yourself in the final section of Chapter 15 The Summit.
    6. The Final Boss Fight – The last chapter includes a final boss fight that can be very challenging. The boss is an enormous creature that requires a constant stream of damage to take down. My tip is to use grenades and shoot the boss in the weak points to inflict the most damage.

    Chapter 16 – The Escape

    1. Prepare Your Inventory – Before you dive into the chapter you need to make sure you have the right inventory setup. Make sure that you have a good balance of weapons, ammo, and healing items. It’s also a good idea to bring a few flash grenades with you to help deal with the tougher enemies you’ll encounter later on.
    2. Eliminate the Garrador – The first major challenge of Chapter 16 is the Garrador a hulking monster with a bladed arm that can cause massive damage to you if you’re caught off guard. The key to defeating this foe is to first shoot off its eyes which will then allow you to damage its weak point which is its back. Be sure to keep moving around the room to avoid its attacks and use flash grenades to stun it and set up easy shots. If you keep your cool and stay on top of it you’ll take down the Garrador in no time.
    3. Navigate the Minefield – After the Garrador you’ll encounter a winding path through a minefield. Move slowly and carefully as you progress and use your knife to disarm any mines you come across. Once you reach the end you’ll encounter a new enemy type, the Regenerador. These foes can absorb a lot of damage but can be killed with a special weapon the thermal scope rifle. Make sure you aim for their weak points (which look like small yellow tumors on their body) to take them down quickly.
    4. Escape the Island – At this point you’re almost home free but there are still a few obstacles in your way. Make your way through the remaining enemies (including some pesky helicopter gunners) and reach the final area. Here you’ll need to activate a series of switches while fighting off waves of enemies. Don’t panic just focus on taking out each wave before moving on to the next switch. Once you’ve hit all the switches you will need to face the final boss. This will be the toughest challenge yet so make sure you’re fully prepared. Use all the skills and weapons you’ve acquired throughout the game to defeat the boss and complete your mission. Remember, stay focused and don’t give up. Victory is within reach!
