1. TURN ON POWER
When you first spawn into the map there will be a power switch on panel located in the middle of the docks, turn it on. The next power switch location is going to be positioned at the Bridge which is the top of the boat by the beach.
2. OBTAIN THE GEARBOX
Locate Navigation on the boat by the beach find the flinger there you will retrieve the gearbox. Next take the gearbox to the hermit at the top of the lighthouse. After a few short moments he will return the gearbox in working condition. Now place the working gearbox in its original location by the flinger.
3. OBTAIN THE BLUE STONE
Make your way the cave area Lighthouse Approach and locate the blue stone. Once you have you can either melee or shoot the stone in order to pick it up. After retrieving the blue stone take it to the hermit in the top of the lighthouse.
The Lighthouse will now direct its light to the location of the Pack A Punch and you will be able to upgrade your weapons.
